Spinach Salads
Spinach tossed in hot bacon vinaigrette with candied pecans, red onions, egg, and bacon pieces.
Tomato Basil Soup
Rich tomato soup made with lots of fresh basil and garnished with parmesan cheese.
Lamb Saté with Coconut Curry Sauce
Skewered lamb tenderloins are grilled and served over a bed of coconut red curry sauce. (Wednesday thru Saturday)
Entrées
Grilled Mahi Mahi with Fire and Ice Salsa
Fresh mahi is grilled and served with a sweet and spicy salsa of cantaloupe, honeydew, red bell peppers, red onions, mint and habanero pepper. Terra d’Oro Pinot Grigio is light, fruit forward, and zesty thus making it a perfect match for the components of this dish. If you prefer a sweeter wine the Terra d’Oro Moscato would be a good substitute.(Wednesday thru Saturday)
Spinach Ravioli
House made ravioli stuffed with fresh spinach, parmesan, Fontina, and ricotta cheeses, served in garlic cream sauce with prosciutto and peas. A nice choice here would be the Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc with some acidity balanced by some rich creaminess.
Veal Marsala
Tenderized veal cutlets dredged in flour and sautéed in olive oil served in Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and Fontina cheese. A soft Merlot will match this dish nicely. Try a nice soft red wine with this dish like Columbia Crest Grand Estates Merlot with this dish.
